Employment Law Officer

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting an award-winning software business, that are currently seeking an Employement Law Officer to join them on a Permanent basis.\n\nThis role will be based in Manchester, and is fully office based.\n\nThe successful candidate will receive a salary between £30,000 to £33,000, with scope for earning additional money through commission.\n\nAs a successful Employment Law Officer, you will be responsible for;\n\nProviding clear and accurate employment law advice to prospective clients via various methods including teams.\nLog all advice accurately on bespoke internal system, before handing over to the Advisory team\nReview documentation and provide advice around T&C's\nParticipate in company internal training, employment law webinar sessions and any other ad hoc training opportunities \n\nThe ideal Employment Law Officer will have experience in the following;\n\nStrong understanding and experience within HR / Employment Law\nWorking knowledge of HR processes including capability, redundancy, grievances, TUPE etc.\nCommercially focussed and money motivated. \n\nIf you are an employment law professional that is keen to work for a global, leading business and is immediately available - please apply for a confidential conversation.\n\nINDHRR\n\n50605LG\n\nThe Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position
