Sales Administrator\nHours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday\nLocation: Weybridge\nSalary: £22 – 27.000P.A.\nOur client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their dynamic sales team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the sales department, assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in sales administration within a collaborative environment.\nResponsibilities\nProcessing all shipments across the World and ensure they arrive on time\nProcessing sales orders and maintaining accurate records in the sales database.\nSupport the sales team by preparing quotes & proformas\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products to effectively assist customers.\nTake telephone orders and assist customer queries\nProcess returns and ensure they are completed in a timely manor\nAny other administration tasks required\nSkills\nMust be confident on the phone.
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a sales or administrative role is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
